This course teaches the Taiji 37 form in six weekends over two years and is open to all who want to learn or deepen their experience of Tai Chi. The Taiji 37 form, developed by Dr Shen Hongxun, is based on the principles NanPai (southern) Taijiquan and consists of 37 positions flowing seamlessly from one into the next. Force from the earth is used to quickly activate the energy powerhouse of the body - the dantian - developing your energy force so it can move the body with great ease.

Shen Jin will teach the points of focus for each posture to help the students to understand each at the deepest level.
